L.I.E. & Hints of New Stuff

Hello everyone, Since it’s been a long while since we’ve shared any content, we figured we’d post an unreleased track from the “X vs. X” sessions. This is a song called “L.I.E.” which we played live a fair amount of times in 2012-2013, but it ultimately did not make the cut for the album. Lyrically, it’s perhaps one of the darkest Bynars songs to date. Still really dig this one, and it came a long way from the original acoustic guitar demo. This version was produced & engineered by Ben, Mike, and Matt, with additional engineering & mixing by Adam Taylor @ Zippah Recording, and mastered by Jeff Lipton & Maria Rice @ Peerless Mastering.

Suggested listening volume: Loud.

In other news, as we’ve been taking a breather from playing live, we’re currently working on two separate Bynars projects. One is somewhat traditional… the other, not so traditional… What does that actually mean? What will become of these projects? When can we show you instead of just vaguely hinting? Stay tuned! Suffice it to say that we’re equally excited for both and working quite hard behind the scenes. For now, enjoy “L.I.E.”, enjoy the spring, and enjoy the uncertainty that is the nature of this news and the nature of life!
